According to the Public Relations Department of Shahrekord Cement Industries, Hojjatoleslam Ruhani-Nejad, Representative of the Supreme Leader at the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution, met and held discussions with employees of Shahrekord Cement Plant.

During the meeting, Eng. Rahnama, Managing Director of Shahrekord Cement Industries, presented a report on measures taken regarding staff welfare, production levels and growth, and employees’ efforts in commissioning the production line and increasing productivity. The Head of the Workers’ Council also addressed issues including unifying employment contracts, wages and benefits, housing provision for staff, and hardship allowances, calling for resolution of existing concerns.

In his remarks, Hojjatoleslam Ruhani-Nejad expressed satisfaction at meeting the plant’s employees and stated that decision-makers must remain up to date, accurately assess conditions, and implement necessary changes in line with current circumstances. He added that successful organizations adapt to their time and evolve continuously, emphasizing that the plant must advance with modern knowledge to achieve higher productivity.

He further highlighted the critical importance of human resources, noting that skilled, motivated, and knowledgeable personnel are essential to the plant’s strong performance. In conclusion, he provided recommendations addressing the issues raised by employees and urged management to seriously review and resolve the concerns presented.
