According to the Public Relations Department of Shahrekord Cement Industries, a coordination council meeting of the company’s managers was held in the conference hall of Shahrekord Cement Plant, attended by Hojjatoleslam Ruhani-Nejad. At the beginning of the session, Mr. Naqavi, Plant Director, presented a performance report.

In his report, he stated that compared to the same period last year, clinker production increased by 16%, cement production by 20%, and cement deliveries by 21%. Further topics included clinker exports, daily production reports, participatory decision-making through nine specialized committees, and comparative statistics on clinker and cement production and deliveries. Improvement projects such as gypsum injection, the cement transfer system upgrade from the old line to the new line, and the design of fire alarm and suppression systems were also discussed. Unit managers subsequently presented reports and proposals for operational improvements.

During the meeting, Hojjatoleslam Ruhani-Nejad expressed appreciation for the efforts of management and staff and urged officials to remain aligned with up-to-date scientific research to enhance plant productivity. He also emphasized taking necessary steps to launch the second cement production line. In conclusion, the Representative of the Supreme Leader at the Housing Foundation provided guidance on improving operational efficiency and workforce organization.
